The withdrawal process is horrible. I can't believe this site. Will make sure to use Ontario sites only next time. I am still waiting for my withdrawals and no one responds back. Live Chat can't help and keeps telling you to email the financial dept. The financial department does not respond back. I've lost hope that I will be able to withdraw my 3k winnings

No I only found out about your site after I started looking to see if anyone else has had these issues. And yes my account is already fully verified. The appropriate department (financial) doesn't respond to you so live chat gives you there email for no reason. No one knows how to help you. They keep saying email financial dept but you don't get a response back I've emailed them 4 days in a row with no response.

Yeah they finally responded to me. They set up a withdrawal plan so one withdrawal every week. I got a payment today but I have a lot more pending. I guess they just take long to approve the withdrawals. Also the limit is not the greatest 400 per week which will take forever if you are a high roller. But as long as I get my money. There's actually alot of people complaining about withdrawal procedures online that's how I found this site

I did Jaro. I checked here and they were highly rated by the CasinoGuru staff. But I found out it was a lying dishonest casino that only have one goal, to scam as much as possible. So no, we cant trust the ratings here at all.

I register this site and make a deposit with the first deposit bonus. I wager the money and leave a balance of 1000€. I withdraw the amount of 120€ 200€ and then 400€ 3 different withdraws and I left my balance yesterday in 19.000€+. Today they delete my account and my withdraws too and left me with 125€. I want my balance back and my withdraws too!

Right, so the bonus was subject to a maximum cashout, that's why they told you that. It's common for bonuses to be like this, and when a player goes to withdraw money, what he can't withdraw is automatically taken by the casino. 

So in that case I wouldn't see any problem and the casino didn't do anything wrong under what you describe. You should always read the Terms and Conditions carefully when playing with a bonus so that something similar doesn't happen again. 😕

Hi everyone,


I’d like to ask for some insight about a situation I’m having with CosmicSlot Casino.


I requested 3 withdrawals of €400 each (total €1,200), which is under their stated limit of €1,000 per transaction and €3,000 per day.

However, instead of processing them all within a reasonable time, they scheduled the payments like this:


€400 on July 11

€400 on July 15

€400 on July 18



They told me this is based on their "internal policy" and account status, but I’ve reviewed their Terms and Conditions and didn’t find anything that supports delaying payouts this way, especially when the limits were respected.


I also have a verified account (KYC done) and made a successful withdrawal in the past (took about 30 hours). This time, it seems they are stalling unnecessarily. If I try to withdraw the remaining balance, I’ll probably receive the full amount only by the end of July…


Has anyone experienced this kind of split payment delay from CosmicSlot or other casinos? Is this normal behavior?

Hi, unfortunately sometimes it can happen like that and the withdrawals are in some sort of order, when other players are also withdrawing. But what would be important for me at the moment is that they meet the deadlines and it doesn't get prolonged further. 

When you say that you had already made your withdrawals before, were you able to select higher amounts then and without such a "calendar"?

Could you please let us know if your first withdrawal came today as announced?

Yes, I received the first €400 today, so they did stick to the first scheduled date.


Just to clarify:

My first-ever withdrawal with this casino was also €400, and at that time, I was clearly told that it would be processed the next day,and it was. There was no multi-date calendar or splitting. Everything was simple, quick and clear.


That’s why this time I was very surprised to see €1,200 split into three parts across more than a week (July 11, 15, 18), especially when this isn’t mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.


If this is about internal queueing, that’s understandable, but players should be informed in advance that larger withdrawals may be split or delayed.
