I registered on this website on April 28 after seeing a promotion on the casino.guide website. According to the offer, if I deposited at least 50 euros, I would receive 200 free spins as a bonus. That sounded like a good deal, so I signed up and made the required deposit immediately, expecting to get my free spins right away as advertised.
But here we are, today is May 8, and I still haven’t received a single free spin.
Since the day I signed up, I’ve contacted their customer support every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. I’ve sent countless messages and waited patiently, giving them the benefit of the doubt at first. But over time, it became clear that they were just stringing me along. Each time I reached out, I was given a different excuse. One day they said this promotion wouldn't exist. The next day, there was a technical issue. Another time, they told me that the promotion team will give me the free spins on money (they never did).
They are clearly doing everything they can to avoid honoring their own promotion. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like a deliberate scam tactic. I'm convinced that if you ever manage to win a significant amount of money on this site, they’ll make your life miserable just to avoid paying you. If they are already acting this way over 200 free spins, imagine how difficult it would be to withdraw real winnings.
This entire experience has been nothing but stress, disappointment, and wasted time. I’ve never dealt with a more dishonest online casino. They hide behind vague excuses and empty promises, and they have absolutely no intention of treating players fairly.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I’m warning you from personal experience that this is a shady and untrustworthy platform. There are plenty of reputable online casinos out there that actually respect their customers and honor their promotions. This one is not among them. Don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews or the polished website, they are just part of the trap.
Stay far away from this site unless you want to be scammed, ignored, and left feeling completely helpless. I regret signing up and I hope others can avoid making the same mistake I did.

Cloudbet does not honor responsible gaming policies. On the 12th of July I told them I have a crippling gambling addiction and need to be self excluded immediately or I will lose all my money.
They refused to self exclude me and told me to go on a 24 hr cool off period which will reset if I deposit or play. And that's exactly what an addict will do. I begged them to self exclude me forever as I am an addict but they refused.
I ended up losing upwards of 200 eur after this.
They finally self excluded me weeks later when I threatened to end my life.
This behaviour goes against the Curacao licensing regulations which, since June, require casinos to ban a player upon a request like this.
Is this cause for a complaint?

I deposited $300 into Cloudbet. After playing, I had $160 left (all from my own deposit, no winnings).
When I tried to withdraw just $100, Cloudbet blocked my account and demanded KYC. Their own website says verification is required only for withdrawals over $2,200.
I already sent them my ID and a utility bill, but now they demand a selfie. I do not trust sending my face to a gambling site that:
Ignores emails for weeks (my mails to support@cloudbet.com are rejected).
Refuses to process my request for permanent self-exclusion + refund.
Keeps changing the rules after deposit.
This is unfair and feels like theft. Many players should be aware: once they have your money, they might lock your account with KYC excuses and stop replying.
My remaining balance is only $160, but it’s about principle. I will keep posting my story until Cloudbet processes my withdrawal.
