I've had a real issues with this lot. They have closed my account and stolen a withdrawal of 300 euros as they say I have used a VPN to access their site?
Which makes no sense as accounts been verified, I have had previous withdrawals and I just checked, if you try and use a VPN you get this blocked thing which you can't ever pass.

Had to open complaint here.

Chancer.bet accused me of using a VPN from ireland or UK (still unclear) to use their site. I ABSOLUTELY did not. I provided my internet provider bill. I assumed they had made a mistake due to human error or system glitch as I had the account 2 months and was verified and did multiple deposits and withdrawals.
However they would not budge and kept pointing to their terms. So I downloaded NordVPN free trial and wouldn't you know it, it is IMPOSSIBLE to access their site via a VPN (see images below) however they do have a message that pops up encourging players to 'Change their country settings on the VPN'. This is clear entrapment, so players deposit and IF they win the casino attempts to say you cannot use a VPN (even though their site encourages you to change your VPN country settings!).

Detta casino är helt ironiskt mot kunden.. Jag gjorde en insättning på 25 euro som aldrig krediterades, medan beloppet har släppts av min bank som hävdar med bevis på att beloppet har angetts korrekt i casinot.. Så dessa bedragare sa som en ursäkt att just denna insättning gjordes för att insättningsprocessen var försenad (första gången jag hört talas om det). Så de sa att de skulle kontakta banken och om saldot om en vecka inte har krediterats mitt konto för att skicka dem ett meddelande så att de kan dirigera mig vad jag ska göra.. Jag skickade ett meddelande och som vanligt svarar ingen och de kopplar bort mig från chatten. Jag önskar att jag hade en av dem framför mig så jag kunde ha brutit hans huvud.. Långt ifrån sådana här kasinon.. Om det fanns rättvisa borde de alla sitta i fängelse för att ha lurat spelarna.
Hi, these are always difficult situations to resolve. The player sees his deposit in the bank as successfully sent to the casino and the deposit does not appear in the casino. If you sent proof, I would see it as the right step on your part. What I do not see as the right step is that if you were to contact the casino after some time and you still did not receive the money, they will do nothing and will not even write it off to you. That is not very professional. So have you tried to inform the bank whether it would be possible to do something? I know that for example a chargeback could theoretically be an option if the casino does nothing about it and you did not receive the money, but that can also have negative consequences if you want to continue playing at other casinos.
That is why I would probably try to solve it differently first.

I was thinking that theoretically you could file a complaint with us, but I know that as I mentioned it is difficult for our team to track something like this and they usually recommend waiting for some time. So I don't know if that would help.😕
This casino acts in really bad faith.
I wrote a review of their "deeds" yesterday and today they have already taken revenge on my on my account 😀 TAKEN ALL THE BONUSES AWAY 😀

Just asked the customer service and "they escalated it to somewhere" and I am sure they won't even reply. Maybe in 3 days 😀
So what was your experience at this casino? As far as bonuses are concerned, casinos can take them away from anyone, so even though it's sad, it can happen.
In any case, based on what you've written, that's probably not entirely the case, and you could have used some of it after all. Also, a maximum cashout is often normal for bonuses. However, if the player is not willing to wager so much to get just a small amount, I believe you can cancel it.🙂
They kept sending me totally differing bonus offers.
Also they activated 2 of them with totally wrong sum of money.
I am already done with them. It was so much hassle to solve.
If that was the case, then it's probably better not to take any bonuses because sometimes they can cause problems.
In such a situation, it's probably better to try somewhere else where something similar doesn't happen.
Also what lacks with chancer was that they boast "the best weekly cashback in the market".....

I've never heard of anything but at least 5 %. Most of them won't even PAYOUT unless its 5 %.
Pathetic. First of all the slowness, everything must be manually activated. EVERYTHING.
Its a shitshow with that too, the customer service manages to feck it up quite often. So you spend 5 days solving it.
Why on earth would you spend your time in this casino when even the most average established casino can do SO MUCH BETTER?
