Okay, so let me know if the Skrill withdrawal was successful or not.
As for contacting the casino, I believe it will be soon if you don't receive the money. Veronika has to process everything and then it will come to this step.

The problem is that they have been doing this since weeks. Now i know that this is yet another excuse to keep my withdraw pending for days. That is why i would like that Veronika contacts the Casino.
