Jag har haft en positiv spelupplevelse. Har svårt att förstå det låga betyget. Det enda jag vill klaga på är i så fall de orimligt långa utbetalningastiderna. Ibland upp till 3-4 dagar.

Jag har begärt ett uttag på 3000euro för 48 timmar sedan även skickat in alla dokument de begärde. De har fortfarande inte accepterat dokumenten eller mitt uttag. Kommer jag få pengarna ens är frågan?

The casino doesn't have a good reputation I'm afraid, but since they're licensed in Malta, I wouldn't say the money is gone. 48hours isn't that much, especially when it comes to a smaller casino. Try to give them more time and remind yourself every second day.

Vad gör jag om ingenting händer efter ett tag? Kan jag anmäla mitt ärende till någon?

You can submit the complaint here so we can investigate - if the casino will cooperate with us. As a last resort, you can submit the complaint to their licensing authority.

Just keep in mind that Casino Guru Resolution Center allows casinos full 2 weeks to process KYC and payment, so even if you submit your complaint now, you will still be waiting forth the casino.

Keep in touch with the casino for a few more days, as Daniel suggested.

Jag kan nästan garantera att de dröjer på det med vilje. Först begärde dom de klassiska som ID handling adress osv. De blev godkända, men sedan krävde dom att jag skulle skicka en bild på mig själv när jag håller i min ID handling. Så jag gjorde det. Nu har det gått 46timmar utan något svar från dom.

Hello,

this picture of you holding your ID is also pretty common. They just compare your true you with the ID's picture, I'd say. On the other hand, it could be quicker, I'd say.

Hej igen nu har det gått en hel vecka sedan jag begärde mitt uttag. Alla dokument är inskickade, men får fortfarande ingen respons. Agenterna i live chatten hittar på olika ursäkter varje dag. Vill verkligen ha mina pengar nu, är så trött på detta

I would recommend submitting the complaint but as I already mention we provide each casino with 2 full weeks.

De senaste ursäkten är att de har många withdrawals just nu och det tar tid att behandla.

I deras terms and condition så står det att ett uttag tar 48 timmar för dokumenten och sedan 5-7 dagar beroende på uttags metod. Det har gått 9 dagar nu

Honestly, it can even be the true reason. However, it does not pardon the whole situation. A bad casino with a decent license, well, I think you may submit the complaint.

You're going to wait anyway, I guess. 🙁

I'm middle of exactly the same scenario, 2800€ as they doesn't payout and refuse to answer me.

Yes, exactly that one. My third withdraw attempt has been pending now 8 days. Ive talked with casino’s customer service every day and they keep telling me that they are working to get it sorted.


They have been telling now for weeks that my withdraws issues have been "resolved", "withdraw is being in process as we speak", "relevant department is aware of the situation" and so on.


Two days ago an agent told me that my money is safe and i will get it. Customer service is telling me now that there is nothing they can do because they are not the relevant department.


what is intresting is that i found out from a forum that their sistercasino has been using this same trick earlier with players. They have told that there were "technical issues" with the payment provider (Zimpler) but when the player asked about it from Zimpler they found out that the money had never arrived to Zimpler. So in my case i was using Bank Transfer because Visa wasnt available for withdraws.


i dont get any proper answers from customer service and they just tell me to wait. Well now its been more than three weeks after i made my first withdraw attempt.

I saw that you also have a complaint on this whole case, so let's see how it will develop. According to what you put into it a few minutes ago, this withdrawal failed and they recommended you to withdraw using another alternative. After 3 weeks I would not want to feel this way. However, will you enter another withdrawal using the payment method they recommended ? 

I'm sorry you've been waiting so long, but don't give up and especially don't do anything with the money until you withdraw it. 

I firmly believe that we will be able to help you when we contact the casino.

I just tried to make a withdraw with Skrill. Will see What is about to happen. I still hope that someone would contact Casino from you side.
