Att försvara ett kasino som lurar sina kunder är ett tecken på bristande professionalism och neutralitet från din sida och jag slutar här eftersom verkligheten av fakta har beskrivits väl. I'm back to let you know that my first good experience with this notorious casino was not a fluke. I won again, $1004 and am cashing out the next day, netting $970 due to BTC fluctuations. The withdrawal would have been closer to instant, but I used a new credit card and that had to be verified. Nonetheless, between the win and the $ in the bank was less than 12 hours. I used my own money. I spent $450 so am netting $520 but a win is a win. I have played several times since the previous cash out win and I have to say, I have won modest amounts that through my own fault have played back in. I find this casino an enjoyable option and continue to be surprised at its large amount of terrible feedback. Seems like much of it comes from those expecting freebies. I have true horror stories I could relate about other casinos that take months to pay, so this is quite refreshing. In fact, this was probably the fastest payout I have ever experienced. Still don't like using crypto, but for cashout purposes there is no other choice at Bonus Blitz. Also, their customer service rep I dealt with the most was really obtuse, but that is part and parcel of the online casino experience. I do hope this mystery of ownership gets resolved, so I could feel a great deal more comfortable playing here, but in the mean time, I have nothing really bad to say about Bonus Blitz.

I'd say the difference between a good casino I'll probably soon forget and an exceptional casino I tend to visit often is actually the quality of support and chat operators. The way I see it, providing top-notch customer service is a great way to step out of line.

Oh I love great customer service, but have YET to experience it at ANY online casino. I will probably have a big long story to tell you about another casino group, but am holding my tongue while I wait for my final payout and the THREE PAYMENTS they took from me without giving me any credit. Out of respect for the casino rep I didn't do a chargeback, but assumed she would help me get a refund. Boy was I wrong. I am approved for $550 in total refund but she warned me "it might take months" to receive. Also, the thousand dollar win is now five weeks old and they said it was sent out two weeks ago!!! Unbelievable. Anyway, getting back to the topic at hand...BonusBlitz. Well I played again today and won today AND got paid today. I am having a FABULOUS experience here, and feel like I have to give credit where credit is due. I put in 200, I think they had given me a 20 dollar "loyalty" bonus, and I wound up pulling out $702. I had to also back out the 20 dollar chip. So my $682 became $660 due to BTC fluctuations and a ten dollar fee from Coinbase. But wow. The money was in my hands within an hour and a half, and it's on the way to my bank account right now. Meanwhile, I have a thousand dollar win that has been missing in action for five weeks from an Ace Revenue Casino. Like I said, I have a lot to tell about those "characters."

I have true horror stories I could relate about other casinos that take months to pay, so this is quite refreshing.

I believe everything has already been said. If you come across any news reading your complaint, turn there, please.

According to the complaint:

"However, we have to focus on the facts here. The fact is that, according to the blockchain, your first deposit didn't get through and therefore all winnings derived from that deposit are void."

I can't help you with that here on the forum - try to update the complaint instead. This is not the place to resolve or reopen complaints - I'm sure you know that.

Since we've been circling around the same topic for quite some time, there is nothing I can add at this point. Thus I won't respond to this subject again.

On July 20, I was asked to submit photos of a credit card for verification, which I did, and two hours later, it was used at two separate locations/stores. I have evidence of this on the credit card statement as well as the alerts from my bank. I think it’s unlikely that I am the only victim. Anyone?

Hi, I'd say that's pretty weird. Have you confronted the casino and of course your bank with this ? Unfortunately, these cases are difficult to solve. 

As Veronika wrote in the complaint: 

"As for the suspicious transactions on your credit card after submitting your documents, I truly understand your concerns. However, unfortunately, we do not have the ability to intervene in cases related to potential cybercrimes. If your personal information has been misused, I strongly recommend contacting your bank and local authorities, as they are equipped to handle such matters. It’s important to note that we do not have the legal authority or resources to investigate or hold individuals accountable for these actions."

I'm curious what will come from this case and how it will be resolved.

Also, if you find out new information, let me know because I'm quite interested in situations like this.

I definitely messaged the casino, my bank messaged me about the transactions because I didn’t know they were happening. Of course I disputed them. I understand things like this are incredibly difficult to solve, but I certainly hope we can trust the casino with our sensitive information, but it is incredibly suspicious that hours after that card info is submitted, it begins being charged. I have zero other fraudulent charges on that card and only used for gambling on a few sites, all of which had my information weeks prior. Unfortunately usually the likely option is the correct one. If it had happened to anyone else, it would look worse, and if nobody had shared a similar circumstance, then I suppose there could be other possible scenarios?


I’m going to create a similar post on other casino review site forums and see what I can dig up

Further information on this whole would certainly be useful. But most of the time, at least I do, I have to authenticate transactions of similar nature with a code. Of course, if it was cybercrime, it probably wouldn't be necessary and I'm also curious what you can solve.
