Lately I see that players are not so lucky when they buy bonuses. Which game provider were you choosing? Was it always some other one? I don't know if this feature is that worthwhile because I know that bonuses aren't always such that you have to drop something. But if I spent as much as you did on at least one of them, I would expect to make a profit as well.

I also thought. With slots from pragmatic which have quite high RTP you can get a bonus where you get 2€ even if you pay 500€ for example. And then you can hit a win where you buy a bonus for 100€ and hit 3000€. I've seen all sorts of scenarios but I personally wouldn't try it and spend the money because the casino always has an edge over the player.

That was more irony on my part, I don't think it's possible to get rich in a casino. The only way to do that is to get lucky and come somewhere for the first time, win the jackpot, take the money and never play in a casino again.

I thought BitStarz was pretty good until I just had $4000 taken off me. They say I will I was betting too high. I was unaware there was a limit. I probably span $15-$20 per spin on occasion I can’t recall but it wasn’t regularly. I had a $16,000 play through to wager and they said I could only bet gas high as five euro or equivalent. So after jumping through hoops for days in order to verify I was told I could withdraw. Well, I guess you have been playing with a bonus with several restrictions attached to it. Max bet limit is a very common practice, and sadly, many casinos are not able to enforce this basic rule of software level. Which may end up as you just described....
The usual outcome is voiding the balance won, leaving only the initial amount. I would, however, say that the best resolution is to exclude the overbets from the wagering and give the player a chance to finish the bonus.
Still, it is safer to read the bonus terms beforehand, assuming it was a bonus. Regulating real money bets would be a completely different story. 🤔
