Daniel, why Nick is always offline? Why I wait 7 days for his 1 word answer, and then wait another 7 day for his another answer. He haven’t even in site casino representative to my complaint. Can we somehow accelerate my complaint review or change specialist?

Hello,
I understand that it appears that he is constantly offline, however people who deal with complaints are not active on the forum due to the fact that they're extremely busy with complaints, keep in mind that complaint dealing takes some time, but again, this varies a lot from one complaint to another. Unfortunately it's lengthy process through emails, outside of complaint thread to say.

I understand that you want to get your money back and complaint resolved ASAP but sometimes it takes some time.
