BiggerZ $30,000 Europa League Bet Battle — Final Ranking Dispute
I’m looking for an independent opinion regarding a dispute with BiggerZ over the final result of their $30,000 Europa League Bet Battle.
After the final eligible Europa League matches had ended and the leaderboard had updated, I was shown:
4th place — 68,145 points — $2,000 prize
I have screenshots, betting records and network logs documenting what was displayed.
The tournament still showed approximately 2 days remaining, but there were no further eligible Europa League matches. The tournament was subsequently hidden/removed. After those 2 days passed, BiggerZ informed me that my final position was 64th.
BiggerZ explained that the leaderboard was provisional and that other participants' scores were adjusted during "final validation." However, they have repeatedly refused to provide the underlying scoring/validation details, including which scores changed and why.
There is also another participant, Johnsen Alex, who publicly reported a similar situation. He says he was around 9th/11th and was later informed by BiggerZ that his official final position was 71st with 1,099 points.
This appears to involve significant ranking changes after the eligible matches had already ended, so I would like to know whether this type of post-tournament adjustment is consistent with the published tournament rules and whether BiggerZ's explanation is sufficient.
BiggerZ offered me $200 cash + a $300 free bet as a goodwill gesture, but I do not consider that a settlement of my $2,000 tournament prize dispute.
I have now submitted a formal dispute to BiggerZ and requested the documented basis for the final ranking.
Evidence available:

Betting history
Network/HAR logs
Complete BiggerZ support correspondence
Screenshot/correspondence from another participant reporting a similar ranking change
I am not asking anyone to assume that BiggerZ acted improperly. I would appreciate an independent assessment of the evidence and whether the final ranking process appears consistent with the tournament rules.
I can provide the evidence and the full support correspondence if needed.

Good day and thanks for reaching out. If I'm not mistaken, you already lodged this in the form of a complaint. In my opinion, based on the request you made regarding independent assessment, it was a good step and my colleagues will let you know whether something can be done about that.
Did you notice the casino's safety index, though? The problem I see is that this casino has not been very cooperative in resolving players' issues. That might be the real obstacle here.
Good day Radka, thank you for your response.
Yes, I have already submitted the formal complaint and provided the evidence I currently have. I agree that an independent assessment is exactly what I am looking for.
Regarding BiggerZ’s cooperation, that is actually one of my main concerns. I have repeatedly asked them for the specific basis of the final ranking changes, but they have refused to provide any further information and have simply stated that their decision is final.
I have preserved the leaderboard screenshots, betting records, network logs, complete support transcripts, and evidence from another participant who experienced a very similar large change in final position.
I understand that Casino Guru may face limitations if BiggerZ does not cooperate, but I would really appreciate it if your team could review the evidence and determine whether anything can be done.
Thank you for taking the time to look into it.
Good day to you too.
Yeah, of course. My colleagues, the mediators, will address your requests. Here on the forum, I just wanted to add that, based on the casino Safety Index and a very bad complaint rating, this may be the only progress. Let's see what is going to happen, of course.
BiggerZ confiscated my $760 deposit – need advice
Hello, I need advice regarding BiggerZ.
I had a $760 deposit/funds in my BiggerZ account, which was my own deposited money. BiggerZ suddenly closed my account and confiscated the entire $760.
I contacted support several times and asked for the exact reason and the specific rule I allegedly violated, but they refused to provide any details. They only stated that the decision was made following an "administrative review" and that it is final.
Has anyone experienced something similar with BiggerZ? Can a casino confiscate a player's deposited funds without explaining the specific violation?
I have screenshots and the full correspondence if needed.
Hello, gladly you already lodged a complaint and thus we will see what can be done about that. I understand that in general, casinos use the "administrative decisions" to close accounts without sharing details with players, but when there is money involved, I understand that's not final for you.
Please provide those screenshots to the mediators as well. 🙏
