Hello, I'm sorry I did not respond back earlier—I fell ill. Back to the games now. Original games mean no fake games, like altered versions of the original game. Based on the name, I would, however, say that this roulette is indeed provided by the casino itself. I guess this is something to think about, especially when you play in an unlicensed casino without a single license. Not a very cool combination of features if you ask me.

The thing is that those companies are usually based in one of the well-known gambling paradises, like Curacao or Costa Rica. However, if you try to send something official or locate concrete persons in charge, it won't work. That's pretty much the point of unlicensed casinos and conplicated comppanies structures for example. I'm sorry you have to deal with something like this.

You do have influence, and I personally know a Spanish guy who had a very similar situation. They confiscated his €1,500, but after he contacted you, you reached out to them and they released the funds. The only difference and his smart move was that he didn’t mention he was only playing sports bets, and you didn’t ask about it either.

Yes, it’s sad that CasinoGuru doesn’t deal with sport betting as well… Nikolas from CasinoGuru had actually contacted BetPanda to understand the issue, but then I didn’t know how to get back in touch with Nikolas, so I never heard anything more. After that, I kept fighting on my own on Bitcointalk, but I didn’t recover a single euro. There are so many people scammed by this "bookmaker"...
Yeah, but as said, if I will tell casinoguru forum i also play casino few times on betpanda, maybe they will at least contact them because they have influence.

Romi explained it. Unfortunately, we do not contact casinos based on sports betting. We have no influence in this area. The fact that you have played in a casino before does not change the situation if the problems arose because of sports.
