Sorry I am not an expert (not even close) and I don't understand what an "original game" is. Are you telling me the various online casinos use the same software for the various games (ie: "european roulette" ) created and standardized by a third party? In this case I used a game called "betpanda roulette" so I suppose it's developed internally.

Because all of this casino’s are saying they are located in Costa Rica and in real they are in Cyprus or something like that so want to know the real owner

Hello, I'm sorry I did not respond back earlier—I fell ill. Back to the games now. Original games mean no fake games, like altered versions of the original game. Based on the name, I would, however, say that this roulette is indeed provided by the casino itself. I guess this is something to think about, especially when you play in an unlicensed casino without a single license. Not a very cool combination of features if you ask me.

If I may add a few points, it is kind of tricky locating the owner of unlicensed casinos. The thing is that those companies are usually based in one of the well-known gambling paradises, like Curacao or Costa Rica. However, if you try to send something official or locate concrete persons in charge, it won't work. That's pretty much the point of unlicensed casinos and conplicated comppanies structures for example. I'm sorry you have to deal with something like this.

I'm really not sure what Costa Rica could do about it, though. They simply give a business permit, which is surely not a casino license, you know.

I understand your previous response, but on the other hand, if you could contact them and simply ask about ticket ID REF7PP (my case) just to check what happened and mention that the customer is really concerned maybe they would react and at least return my deposit.

You do have influence, and I personally know a Spanish guy who had a very similar situation. They confiscated his €1,500, but after he contacted you, you reached out to them and they released the funds. The only difference and his smart move was that he didn’t mention he was only playing sports bets, and you didn’t ask about it either.

Yes, it’s sad that CasinoGuru doesn’t deal with sport betting as well… Nikolas from CasinoGuru had actually contacted BetPanda to understand the issue, but then I didn’t know how to get back in touch with Nikolas, so I never heard anything more. After that, I kept fighting on my own on Bitcointalk, but I didn’t recover a single euro. There are so many people scammed by this "bookmaker"...

Yeah, but as said, if I will tell casinoguru forum i also play casino few times on betpanda, maybe they will at least contact them because they have influence.
