Absolutely terrible website. First off, there is something weird with the payments system. It takes multiple attempts to make a deposit. Secondly you are charged a deposit fee and the deposits are not in euros, so you’re paying extra.


secondly, they would not shut down my account. I emailed twice. They also ask you to verify your account to self exclude your account. To date, they say I ve been self excluded but I have been able to log into the account.


i wouldn’t trust them with withdrawals after my experience. Very fishy.

I would not play in such a casino if everybody around me only loses, but I'm just wondering how can you check the RTP in advance - before you play the game. I'd like to know that.

If we stick to your suggestion, fair casinos where players lose would have a worst reputation than let's say questionable casinos where players win - but the casino does not pay everyone would have a better reputation.

That would not be safe at all.

Check rtp in advance before play are you kidding me right now i have deposit and played for 20.000 EUR in 6 month there im gold vip what are you writing about here you should check information before writing such thing.

Betitall är ett mycket bra casino (och jag har spelat i dussintals)! Vänlig, snabb och generös support, snabba uttag, ingen fördröjningstaktik vid uttag och verifieringar, bra spelerbjudande!

Jag håller dock med CasinoGuru om att verktygen för ansvarsfullt spel inte är bra. Jag begärde sju veckors självförbud, vilket jag inte fick. Ibland kommer casinot att erbjuda dig gratissnurr eller påminna dig om förlorad cashback när du begär en timeout. Det är inte rättvist, speciellt när betitall upprepade gånger har bekräftat här i diskussionsforumet att de tar spelarskydd på största allvar.

I unfortunately have only one screenshot of the correspondence but I will add it as per request. So they basically use their loyalty bonuses, in my case 60€ per week, to entice continued membership of their casino.file

It's like when you call your operator to ask for the contract to be terminated. Most likely, the retention process will be initiated.

So, care to answer - or better show, how exactly you asked for your account to be closed, please?
