BETINIA is scam casino Period .

even the team in casino Guru know this , they just use loopholes to scam players , with times they will end up in courts and it will be known how they scam players using KYC regulations .

"Regrettably, we have not received the ruling of the alternative dispute service from the player. Despite acknowledging that our last interaction occurred some time ago, we aimed to appropriately revise the complaint's status and classification based on the elapsed time. Regrettably, without the player's input, this becomes impossible, leading us to close the case as "rejected.

The player is welcome to reach out in the future, should they wish to reopen this complaint. We can appropriately reclassify it upon submission of substantiating evidence of the Authority's (ARN) verdict. Until then, we appreciate your understanding."

But don't worry, you can reopen the case at any time by choosing "reopen".

A quick online search, including on platforms like Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.betinia.com), reveals numerous complaints from players who shared their experiences about getting scammed by Betinia, particularly in the context of their use of KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. This evidence suggests that the issue of Betinia scamming players is not just speculative.

When consulting with lawyers regarding this matter, I was informed of substantial fees and advised that achieving a favorable outcome could require considerable time and effort.

For now, I am in a holding pattern, anticipating that it's only a matter of time before someone successfully sues Betinia. A successful lawsuit would likely create a precedent, at which point I intend to proceed with my own case.

I understand, but it is possible that you would wait quite a long time, but I won't push you into anything. You have the option to reopen the complaint, so if you're ready for it, you can do so. We'll see where the situation goes from here.

It's alarming to witness the growing count of players falling victim to Betinia's KYC abuse scam scheme. Shockingly, the administrators seem to be shielding the casino despite the blatant evidence of deceit and exploitation.

@Grande2020 I Agree with you 100% . its matter of time until the Authorties will understand the scheme .

@Jaro I must say sometimes I feel many admins take the casino sides even with the fact many of those 8+ casinos are known for scamming players, in what world does a notorious scamming casino such as Betinia Casino get an 8+ rating?


Sorry, but you need to have a more realistic rating otherwise players will fall victim to these scammers.

The way I would see it is that players have different experiences and most of the time they all come with bad ones, because while everything is fine they often don't get involved in debates and such. We certainly don't stand up for the casinos either, because our aim is to keep a fair approach and not to collude with players or the casinos.

Im considering is there reason to open ticket about

misleading offers sent by email and after deposit denying the bonus? They sent me offer for 200% bonus and 20 free spins. When i made deposit they only gave me 50% and said this is by admistrations decision. I would have not made any deposits for 50% bonus here.

That is not pretty fair. Even though the casino can restrict players from receiving further bonuses, such a decision should be announced in advance, so you are not misled by a concrete offer.

Have you perhaps asked for your associated deposit to be returned? I would certainly have tried that.

Well yeah i recived this offer by EMAIL, it also had my name on it so i thought i am truely eligible for it.

I did deposit and just played a bit and then made withdrawal. It has not arrived yet but im waiting 😀

So did you play with the bonus ? I think Radka meant to ask the casino to refund your deposit and maybe cancel the bonus because it was misleading. 

However, when you played, did you manage to meet the conditions of the bonus or did you have the opportunity to cancel it somehow and then you played with your deposit ?

No, the bonus was non sticky so I just gambled with my original deposit and made the withdrawal after that since I didn't touch bonus money. It was supposed to be 200% but they only gave 50%. I got the money back today so 3 days withdrawal.
