I would like to share my experience with BDMBet.


I requested a withdrawal of 1500 CAD on 25 August 2025 at 12:03 PM. The request was accepted and is currently stuck in "execution of controls".


Before this, my account was fully verified with all documents (passport, proof of address, proof of deposit, phone, and email). Support even confirmed in writing that my withdrawal would be processed within 24 hours. Later, they contradicted this by saying my account was "under investigation", but without providing any explanation or timeframe.


I have also provided details of my crypto wallet, including my TRX address (the same used for my deposit), my name, and my email. Despite this, my withdrawal is still pending.


This situation is very frustrating and I kindly ask CasinoGuru to look into my case and help me receive my rightful winnings.
