As I said, these are difficult cases for us to evaluate. We don't come across it often but I certainly wouldn't expect the casino to just wave their hand over it. Of course, if you get hacked there's not much they can do about it, but as I said, it's a rare case and I see it's happened to a number of players here. 

But I'm also sorry that the licensing authority hasn't written you off either. Sometimes an investigation would be useful, or some advice from the casino on how to protect your account. 

However, the best thing to do here is probably not to play as you say.
