Yeah, they won't answer to me either. I have sent multiple emails and all I've received is one message last friday that said "Biometric and  Source of Wealth is missing and failed". Nothing else. Terrible customer service...

Unfortunately, our team is not able to intervene before the 14-day time period passes from the day you have requested your withdrawal, so for now we just need to wait.

In the meantime, of course, if you have any updates from the casino, surely let us know.

Try also to check your email, even the spam folder, if there is any message from the casino regarding your verification. It actually happens many times that an email from the casino can finish in the spam folder and players don't see it there, you know.

Hej, jag lyckades kontakta någon en gång, problemet är att supportpersonen inte har svarat mig längre, jag kan inte ladda upp några dokument... det fungerar inte... mejl besvaras inte heller

I also made my first withdrawal request last Tuesday, 9 days ago. They have cancelled it several times citing that the documents are insufficient. However, I have resubmitted the request each time, most recently on Monday. They haven't cancelled it yet.


I sent them an email yesterday with all of the documents again. Still no response.
