Don't you think this is just a matter of time, perhaps? I mean 3 out of 5 withdrawals made, it looks like the casino will pay in full.

Reopening the complaint and keeping in touch with that takes time, I would not be surprised if you receive the rest soon after.

I clearly understand that, so you probably didn't play with the bonus when you played with real money. The important question is whether you have already verified yourself in the casino. Sometimes it can take a while because they can do checks on the documents or sometimes on the withdrawal itself, so that's one of the possibilities why there's a delay. There can also be technical problems on the payment provider's side or the casino may simply have too many withdrawals. That's why it's a good idea to inquire and ask support or live chat what's going on. Would you try it please ?

Their support does not know their own T&C....

quickstory of mine:

i deposited ~250€ and lost around 200, remaining 50 i requested to withdarawal.

of course i could not withdraw and their support told me i need to pass KYC first (you can depo without KYC but can't wd without KYC, yeah cool) - should we skip the fact that their T&C mention you only need KYC after wds/deposits of 2k$ and more:

"Step two verification:

Step two verification must be done by every user which deposit over 2000$ (two thousand Dollar) or withdraws over 2000$ (two thousand Dollar). Until step two verification is done the withdraw or deposit will be on hold."


Okay fine i will pass KYC, i don't mind.


After that i was told i will need to wait around 72h and i will need to wager my deposit(250€) at least 3 TIMES (750€) in order to withdraw.


Yes, of course their T&Cs also mention you only need wager of 1x.


"5.6. As a prevention of money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if wagering requirements are in place, the wagering requirement needs to be respected before a withdrawal is requested."


Luckily after sending this the supporter, he/she corrected the mistake and said that yes indeed i only need 1x wager.


i also asked their support which countries are allowed to play on there and they said Netherlands can use their casino(even though someonealready lost 11 500$ there for being dutch as i've read the complains - https://casino.guru/avocasino-player-s-withdrawal-has-been-delayed).


Very very very very very very very incompetent, very unprofessional.


Currently i am waiting for kyc approval, will update you if they withdraw 50€ without issues or they will scam even for such small amount...

I'm only missing one detail, when you said "i deposited ~250€ and lost around 200" are you sure you met the wagering requirement set at 250€? Which is equal to 1x?
