Another fake casino, rtp is not what is shown. I know that the casinos want out money, but after making deposits and it goes 40-60 spins at maybe 1 euro bet and no wins at all, I feel this is not a fair casino.

After maybe 20 deposits, with almost the exact same gameplay, or actually 2 different. First win about 50 euro, and then lose everything in the following spins, and I mean no wins for 80-100 spins. Or, deposit and lose everything in the following spins, no regard of bet. Nope, this is not a casino I will recommend. And not because I lost money, I know I will, it's the fact that the rtp CAN'T be what they state, just impossible.

Hi, do you consider that you don't see RTP at slots or how do you mean that RTP is not shown?

As far as the topic itself is concerned, we have a cleverly written guide to it, which I would like to share with you. Here is the link: https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance

I also think something about slots might be useful: https://casino.guru/how-slot-machines-work-math

Anyway, the casino always has an advantage over the player to remember and as you said, most of the time the player loses his deposit. If you feel like you have a bad streak in the casino I think the best thing to do would be to take a break or quit. What do you think ?

I want to warn other players about Arctic Casino. They market themselves as a Pay N Play casino, but my experience was anything but smooth.

I deposited €20, played for a while, made a small profit, and then requested a withdrawal of €20—the same amount I had originally deposited. Despite it being such a tiny withdrawal, it was immediately placed under manual review.

I've been playing at online casinos since 2001, so I'm very familiar with the standard customer support responses and manual verification procedures. When support replied with the usual explanation that withdrawals are reviewed manually, I already knew where this was heading. To me, it's simply a waste of both my time and theirs.

I understand additional checks for withdrawals of €500–€1,000 or more, especially after significant gameplay. But €20? In my opinion, that's completely unreasonable. In today's Pay N Play market, a withdrawal this small shouldn't require a manual review.

I always test new casinos with a small withdrawal before committing to them. Arctic Casino failed that test. As a result, I'll be closing my account and choosing operators that actually deliver the fast Pay N Play experience they advertise.

If you don't mind waiting for your money and dealing with manual reviews over a €20 withdrawal, this casino might be fine for you. For me, it's simply not worth it. There are far better operators available.

Oh my. I just hope this is not the standard procedure. Though I guess we would have more complaining players by now. Honestly, the only logical explanation I can think of is a random system pick scenario that triggers out-of-the-ordinary checks to be conducted, which are usually manual....
