Jag har en inspelad video och en utskrift från dagen innan turneringen slutade, när jag kom tvåa.

De löste inte ens mitt klagomål om att cashbacken inte krediterades, ingen från casinot svarade på klagomålet, jag funderar på att öppna det här turneringsklagomålet efter det här klagomålet.

Try mentioning it in the complaint you have open about this casino. I think our team will take care of it and you won't have to open a new one. That would be better than waiting again when you're already dealing with something at this casino.

Has the casino said anything at all about the withdrawal during all this time? Did you have to verify your account? 

I’d recommend filing a complaint, but I’m a bit skeptical that it’ll help, since the casino hasn’t responded to recent complaints. But I think it would still be worth a try because if the casino doesn’t resolve your situation, they’ll get black points and their safety index will drop even lower.
