If you are into sports betting you should avoid this site.

 

Won $460 in 8 bets and they have started investigating my account because of "questionable matches", whatever that means. They also can't give me a time frame for this investigation so it could take ages.


UPD. Surprisingly, their "investigation" only took a few days. All good now.

Sadly I have heard about such issues before - not associated with this casino. If you want your money, I fear you need to cooperate somehow.

Did you ask the casino for alternatives? Like providing ID - if you have any, or setting up a verification call?

I'd try that.

ja, det finns bara ett svar på alla - support accepterar endast data med engelska bokstäver och en identitet. Det vill säga, de kan bara acceptera ett körkort eller ett pass (inget av detta, eftersom de precis fyllt 18)

Well, that is quite a stupid explanation from the casino, I'd say. If it allows players from Russia, the support should be prepared to verify local documents.

If the casino isn't ready to solve the issue, I'd say you should submit a complaint.

Bad casino! 25 days with withdrawal in process without any response from both the chat and email a disregard for the customer! no one knows the reason! I already sent more than 5 emails, I went to the chat about 10 to 15 times, no one helps at all

To begin with, I wanted to write information about this casino here. If my issue is not resolved with the withdrawal of money, then I will be forced to file a complaint on the casino.guru website. On May 25, I registered, made a deposit, played slots, won $60 and decided to withdraw this money. According to the rules of the casino, the withdrawal must be approved within 12 hours. Live casino support wrote me that due to technical problems, the withdrawal was delayed, and asked me to wait another 12 hours. I waited another 12 hours, then again sent to live support when the withdrawal was completed, but as they wrote to me later, wait another 2 hours. I waited, then they wrote to me that the withdrawal can be extended up to 5 working days. I then asked the live support to clarify that the withdrawal of my money would be approved after 5 working days, to which they answered that they could not guarantee the fulfillment of their own rules. I decided to wait 5 working days and if the withdrawal is not processed then I will be forced to file a complaint against this casino. If the casino fulfills its condition and withdraws my money, then I will write new information about this casino on this site. All correspondence is saved, if necessary, I can provide evidencefile

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, it's nice you warned the casino in advance. But, I'm severely convinced the casino won't notice this post. The way I see it, no Alienbet employee monitors this thread and has never been active here.

I will continue to play there, as there are a large number of slots, and fast verification. They have a withdrawal within 12 hours. What happened to me was a technical problem. And that's half the cause of my panic

Casino works good, look good, have lots of slots I like.. but withdraw isn’t right.


they talk about withdraw in 12 hours. Yes and no… my €50 withdraw as a test was payd in 2 hours. Now I have 2 withdraws in total €1.000 and waiting more then 24 hour. But the chat several times, they told me to wait..


the terms&conditions are false and not right. I’m afraid I will never recieve my €1.000 euro withdraw.. casino destroy themself.. if everything was working fine, the withdraw as well it was the best of the best.


if they don’t pay today, I will report them to all the providers they have.
