Casino doesn't offer you any other alternative to withdraw money ? Have you been verified here yet ? Did the casino tell you why you can't withdraw to your cash base wallet ? 

However, if it is not possible to come to an agreement with the casino and resolve this situation, as I have outlined before, it would probably be wise to file a complaint.

Yes been verified for weeks. No the withdraws were not from free spins or anything like that and NOPE they arent offering me ANY other type of withdraw process. Anyone here claiming they got paid immediately must have a Coinbase wallet or they just dont like me.

It shows me as a withdrawal method Wire Transfer and bitcoin, I chose to credit my bitcoin wallet for more convenience, I am waiting for my request to be processed.. I'll let you know..

Yeah. I hear you. And I probably should have. Because I have spent money at this Casino more than once. It wasnt a free chip or promotion or anything. I guess once I start seeing "the pattern" in a Casino...such as hard time getting paid or continuous attempts to resolve a matter with no real resolution...I get frustrated and just clear my balance and never go back to that Casino. This one I didnt really have a choice because they would NOT pay me unless I had a Coinbase wallet which I dont and wont for a long time.

Well, I hope next time you'll think about it, because if you deposit your money somewhere and you feel like you're losing it in an unfair way, then it's quite nice to look for some help. Maybe we could have solved the case and maybe not, but at least you could say you tried, because losing money and basically handing it over to the casino is not pleasant. However, I believe that you will evaluate the next similar case differently and try to ask for help. On the other hand, I hope that nothing like this will be necessary and you will not have such an experience.

So. Does noone find it bizarre that this Casino will TAKE your money from a cash base wallet but refuse to withdraw to it? Will ONLY withdraw to a Coin base wallet. THAT is what vexes me

Sorry to revive an old thread but have any of you gotten paid from Abigcandy? I’m waiting for 25 withdrawals from them totaling $9300 American dollars/ almost $15000 Australian dollars. I’m going to file a complaint on here but I’m also dealing with 2 other casinos that won’t pay out after paying out no problems so I’m going after them first.

Also did you lose VIP status by chance around the time that you requested your withdrawals?

I actually had a withdrawal for $1900 pending May 30 but my VIP Status was maintained. I cancelled the withdrawal today and turned it into $10,000. Requested 2x $2500 withdrawals today but I genuinely doubt I’ll get paid anything.

I did get paid about $700 from them for a withdrawal I made the day prior in May but that took about 8 weeks to process.

Yea with mine I used a coupon that basically dictates max cash out of 15k Australian so I won’t be cancelling my withdrawals unfortunately.

i broke up some of my withdrawals into $125 increments in case they look at smaller amounts first(maybe because they are insolvent?).

i did lose my VIP status with them and 3 other casinos because they said that basically they lost more money from me than they gained…lol.
