problem is that I can't withdraw them because I replaced my Postepay card but I kept the

same iban the problem

Hej, om du lyckades byta kortet hur är det möjligt att du inte kan få något dokument från dem att det verkligen hände. Jag tycker att det är lite konstigt och ganska tråkigt om de inte kan ge dig det. Frågade du varför? Om du använde det som en insättningsmetod är det ganska normalt att casinot ber dig om det.

I understand why then on my 888 account I used the card in my husband's name and they let me deposit several times instead after I won and asked to withdraw with the same card they didn't let me do it ... I sent any document in my possession even movements with the old card but they don't like it they should have also prevented me from depositing at least I would have understood that I couldn't put a card not in my name on the account!

capisco perché poi sul mio account 888 ho usato la carta a nome di mio marito e mi hanno lasciato depositare più volte invece dopo aver vinto e chiesto il prelievo con la stessa carta non me lo hanno lasciato fare ...ho mandato qualsiasi documento in mio possesso anche movimenti con la vecchia carta ma a loro non sta bene avrebbero dovuto evitare anche che io depositassi almeno avrei capito che non potevo mettere una carta non a mio nome sull account!

Detta är något som man tyvärr också måste känna till. Det står alltid i Villkoren att allt ska användas i ditt namn och inte någon annans. Annars är det ett brott mot reglerna. Casinot får vanligtvis först reda på detta under verifieringsprocessen, så genom att registrera dig godkänner du också vad som står i Villkoren och du måste följa det. Om du inte visste det, vet du nu att det här inte är en bra väg att gå.
