Yes but no were in their safer gambling terms and conditions does it state a customer can reopen their self excluded account if they request it to be reopened this defies the whole point of self exclusion not to mention the casino breaking their terms and conditions along with not following them. For example my situation requested 5 year exclusion due to gambling addiction on 30bet and qbetfile after one month account reopened it specifically states a self excluded account cannot be reopened until the expiry of the self exckuded time frame has passed. I have a complaint logged waiting on 30bet to respond that's if they do time will tell.

The same thing happened with me also they are targeting vulnerable customers i created an account and before depositing I wanted to clarify that they are a casino that promotes and adheres to safer gambling and their terms and conditions however what I came to find was astonishing. I entered live chat and asked them if I was to ever self exclude would they allow me to re open my account which they responded yes upon customers request this is disgraceful behaviour vulnerable people self exclude for a reason it is onus on the operator to enforce the self exclusion not to mention the fact that their reopening of self excluded accounts are not mentioned anywhere in their terms and condition stay away people they are a danger to society.

Well, the casino really shouldn't open self-excluded accounts, but as we can see, this isn't always the rule.

So let's wait for your complaint, that's probably the most sensible thing to do.

It definitely shouldn't be like that, because as you say, vulnerable players then have no way of protecting themselves. I don't know how the casino sees it, but they should definitely take better care of it.

So you didn't even play here when you found out about this?

So what does that mean, based on what you asked? The fact that a casino has a review on our site does not necessarily mean that we have a close relationship or anything like that. The fact that they respond to complaints in some cases does not mean that either.
