Thanks, that’s actually an important clarification.
The fact that your crypto withdrawal from August 27 was processed and received shortly afterwards suggests that the problem may be specific to the bKash withdrawal or the local payment route rather than withdrawals from your account being blocked altogether.
If the original 3,500 BDT bKash withdrawal from August 18 is still showing as "In progress," that would be the part I would continue following up on with 22Bet, using the query number you already have. I’d also keep the successful crypto withdrawal as part of your records, since it helps show the difference between the two withdrawal methods.
As we discussed earlier, because the funds themselves come from sports betting, our complaint team wouldn’t be able to handle the dispute here. Still, this additional detail makes the situation a bit clearer: the unresolved issue appears to be the bKash/local payment processing rather than withdrawals in general.
Please let us know if the bKash withdrawal status changes or if they finally give you a specific explanation for the delay.🙂

Dear Jaroslav,
To add important context, 22Bet support explicitly promised me via email that Ticket No. 20996210 would be resolved within a maximum time frame of 27.08.2026 (00:47).
It has now been several days past their own given deadline, and they are still giving generic answers and stalling the process without cancelling or releasing the 3500 BDT. I have attached the screenshot of their commitment email for reference.
I will keep you updated if there is any response from their complaints department or regulators.
Dear Jaroslav,
To add important context, 22Bet support explicitly promised me via email that Ticket No. 20996210 would be resolved within a maximum time frame of 27.08.2026.
It has now been several days past their own given deadline, and they are still giving generic answers without cancelling or releasing the 3500 BDT. I am attaching the screenshot of their commitment email for reference.
Since their support is non-responsive, I have also lodged a complaint with AskGamblers (currently under review). Could you please tag the official 22Bet representative here on Casino Guru so they can escalate Query No. 20996210 direct
ly?
That email definitely makes your point clearer. If 22Bet told you that August 27 was the maximum timeframe for resolving Query No. 20996210, then it's understandable that the same generic replies are starting to wear thin.
As for tagging a 22Bet representative here, I don't see an active official rep in this thread that I can simply call in for you and the next thing is tagging doesn't exist here on this forum.
Since your AskGamblers complaint is already under review, I’d probably let that process run for now. You already have the important evidence there, the query number, the withdrawal date, and now the email showing the deadline they gave you.
At this point, the main thing to watch for is whether 22Bet finally gives you a proper explanation for why the bKash withdrawal is still stuck, or provides a new concrete payment date.
Let us know what they come back with.
Thanks for the advice. 22Bet support keeps sending me the exact same automated message over and over, saying that the issue has been reported to the technical team and they are waiting for an update—no concrete reason or payment date is provided.
As you suggested, I will keep pushing through the AskGamblers complaint and update all these evidence screenshots (including the August 27 deadline email) over there. I'll keep this thread updated if there's any news. Thanks again!"
Since the withdrawal is completely stuck and 22Bet is not providing any update, can you please help or suggest how I can get this withdrawal rejected/canceled? If they reject it and return the funds to my main account balance, I can try withdrawing through another method or resubmit the request. Is there any way to request this through the complaint?"
Since the crypto withdrawal worked for you before, I can understand why you'd rather have the stuck bKash withdrawal cancelled and try another method instead.
Since your AskGamblers complaint is already under review, I would add this as a very specific requested solution there: that you want the pending bKash withdrawal cancelled or rejected, with the 3,500 BDT returned to your account balance so you can withdraw it using another available method. You will see what they tell you.
Normally, we advise players not to cancel pending withdrawals unnecessarily, but your situation is a little different because this particular payment route appears to be the problem while your crypto withdrawal was processed successfully.
Hopefully, everything will turn out for the best.
Thank you for your understanding and advice, Jaroslav.
The issue is that 22bet support keeps claiming they "cannot cancel or reject" the pending bKash request from their end due to the payment provider. They have been giving me the exact same technical excuse for over 7 days while holding my 3,500 BDT hostage, and now they are using a tiny crypto withdrawal I made to claim everything is resolved. It honestly feels like they are just playing games and dodging responsibility.
As per your suggestion, I have updated my AskGamblers complaint specifically demanding that they cancel/reject the pending bKash withdrawal and credit the 3,500 BDT back to my balance immediately.
Thanks again for your support
I see what you mean now. The successful crypto withdrawal doesn't really answer what happened to the separate 3,500 BDT bKash withdrawal. Those are two different transactions, so the original one still needs to be properly accounted for.
If 22Bet genuinely cannot cancel it because the payment is already with their provider, then I would expect them at least to explain where the transaction currently stands and what has to happen before it is either completed or returned.
You've already added the cancellation request and the latest communication to your AskGamblers complaint, so I think that's the right place to leave it for now and see what response they can get from 22Bet.
Keep the messages where 22Bet says the withdrawal cannot be cancelled, as well as anything suggesting that the successful crypto withdrawal somehow resolved the original issue. That distinction may be useful when the complaint is reviewed.
Let us know what they come back with.🙂
Hi @Jaroslav,
I have already updated my AskGamblers complaint clearly explaining that the 3,500 BDT bKash withdrawal remains completely unresolved, and the Crypto transaction was a totally separate 120 BDT deposit/withdrawal.
AskGamblers has granted a timeframe (currently around 74 hours remaining) for 22Bet to respond. I am still waiting for 22Bet's official response on AskGamblers and will update here as soon as they reply

Hi Jaroslav,
Unfortunately, the situation with 22bet has taken a complete 180-degree turn.
I asked them to reject my previous pending withdrawal request so that I could withdraw my entire balance via Cryptocurrency instead. However, instead of helping me, they have now completely disabled/removed the Cryptocurrency withdrawal option from my account!
What makes this even more unfair is that I successfully made a deposit using Cryptocurrency earlier today, but they are still not allowing me to withdraw using that same method. It feels like they are deliberately making it impossible for me to access my funds.
Please let me know how we can proceed with this issue.
Best regards,
Md Rakib Hawladar

Perfect, I’m glad to hear that you managed to withdraw your money in the end.
For the future, if the casino tells you that the withdrawal has already been passed to a third-party payment provider and they can no longer cancel it manually, that can sometimes genuinely be the case. The funds may first need to be returned by the payment provider before the casino can do anything with them again, such as allowing you to try a different withdrawal method.
So sometimes patience really is the only option, especially when part of the payment process is no longer entirely under the casino’s control.
In any case, I’m glad everything worked out well in the end, and hopefully you won’t have to deal with a similar situation again.
Have a nice day.🙂🍀
Hi Jaroslav, this betting site is making such rules these days that it'll make your head spin. Requiring you to withdraw using the exact same payment method as many times as you deposited seems like a ridiculous rule to me. What hurts the most is that I received no help from their support team; they never told me that there was an issue with the local payment gateway in my country and to deposit through another method and then withdraw. Anyway, I'm done with this site.
I completely understand that players want to be kept informed, especially when it concerns their own money. Nobody wants to wait such a long time for a withdrawal without really knowing what is going on.
In any case, I’m glad that the situation was eventually resolved.
On the other hand, I think better and more helpful communication from the casino could sometimes prevent situations like this. It’s important that the player understands what is happening and why, rather than being left uncertain for such a long time.
So I guess the only thing left for me to say is that I hope everything goes well for you from now on and that you won’t have to deal with a similar problem again.
Since 2 September 2026 — two weeks ago — I have been stuck in an account verification loop with 22bet's Security Department (case reference #5421947) that is preventing me from unlocking my account and withdrawing my funds.
In this period alone I have submitted seven different documents on request: a colour copy of my national ID card (both sides), a selfie holding my ID together with the device showing my open account profile, a proof-of-address utility bill, my driving licence (front and back), a photo of my passport, and — most recently, on 16 September — a selfie holding a handwritten note with the date and a verification code they provided.
The pattern has been the same every single time: I send the requested document, I get a reply saying "your data is under verification, please wait for notification," then nothing happens for about three days, and only then do they come back — not with a decision, but with a request for yet another different document. This has now repeated continuously for two weeks with no end in sight.
They have never once explained what specifically was wrong with a previous submission, never given a timeframe for completion, and never told me upfront what documents would be needed — each one is requested separately, days apart, instead of all at once. When I asked directly how long the process would take, I was only told that verification "may take up to 72 hours from receipt of documents," which does not match what is actually happening: 72 hours pass, then a new document is requested instead of a resolution.
At this point I believe 22bet is deliberately stalling to delay or avoid releasing my funds. I have fully complied with every single request made of me.
Has anyone here dealt with 22bet doing this? Did it eventually resolve, and if so how long did it take ?
Good day to you.
So in other words, it's not very clear how the casino proceeds with the KYC, what is going to happen next and overall, it has been a negative experience involving twists and delays. I understand that lack of explanation usually provides space for any kind of explanation.
In this case the casino may follow a certain procedure that involves no clues for the player unless all the cheks are done, but I understand that from your standpoint it looks differently.
Given the circumstance, lodging a complaint was, in my opinion, a smart move. I'd say you have been cooperating and patient, did what you could, yet had slow progression and very little space to get more information.
Based on our experiences with the casino, complaints are common, and players' feedback includes notes about delayed payouts. On the other hand, casinos seem to be responding to players' complaints and have resolved every approved complaint request made on our side.
That leads me to the conclusion that their processes are still somehow user-unfriendly, but the casino pays the winnings, although with reported delays.
