I think that people can see it's a bad casino just by its rank here. Anyone playing there after seeing the rate here can only blame himself.

You will never get your money and you need to move on, stop gambling and focus on other things in life, or go play in a real casino, at least you will be paid surely.

There is no need wasting your energy, you will only be paid if the casino magically accepts to pay.

In the end, whenever i win big, i never withdraw the big amount instantly but in short parts. Indeed it takes more time but at least i have my money.

I was also scammed once by Nalucasino, which accused me of several things, like using vpn, just to not pay me. I tried to prove it was wrong but still they were scammers and i never saw my 650 euros. I had to accept it and i moved on, but at the moment it happened, it was very hurtful to be accused of things when you are innocent. Hopefully one day they will contact and pay but i know for sure that it will never happen. Bad people stay bad always.

There is clearly a warning and the rate of the casino is just awful, so if you go there to play, you are just stupid. Who will create an account there seeing the rate?

Obviously there is nothing to do, so why losing your energy trying to get your money? It has been more than a year, even most competent authorities didn't help.

Sometimes you have to accept the fact that you were scammed and move on. At least i did it and i feel better. Life will punish them soon or later.

I posted and shared my experience about Nalucasino on most forums, so if people read it and still decide to go play there, what can i do more? Nothing. I denounced the casino and its sisters to the swiss gambling commission and now their casinos are blocked in my country, that's the best i could have done.

Yes dear, i know that before the casino had a great reputation. I remember i even had a vip manager called Ryan lol and i made several withdrawals.

Later, i felt insecure playing there, i cannot explain why. Every time i would make a withdrawal, it will always take days and verification always taking days too. So i decided to close my account there pretexting a gambling addiction to be sure it will be closed.

I only learned months after how bad this casino had become.

I understand your frustration, i don't want to sound rude it's not my intention, but you should try to forget that and move on. In my opinion, there is nothing more you can do.

Sometimes innocence cannot be proved and unfortunately to complain, you need concrete proofs. Some casinos like Nalucasino even build fake proofs, which they did for me. Accusing of using vpn when i didn't even know what it was at that time lol.

I'll not ruin my health focusing on it for a miserable 650 euros, i trust life will punish them, maybe not now or soon, but it sure will. Nobody takes profits on stolen money.

The casino responded that I can't do anything, except to make bad publicity.

Here the casino have a very low rank but on ask gamblers they have a high rank even after unsolved complains, askgamblers platform refused to answer to me ...means are hand in hand with scammers!

Right now there is one complaint still open, and I see the specialist has been extremely patient — giving the casino every possible chance to respond. Meanwhile, 1RedCasino has been delaying their answers for almost four months. It’s unbelievable to see the kind of responses they provide… truly unbelievable.


And the other player’s case is very complicated. In my situation, everything was simple: I deposited real money, played, won a significant amount, fully verified my account, and successfully made my first withdrawal. After that, they suddenly invented a completely fake story to justify blocking my account and confiscating the balance.

I see that Martin have alot of patience with 1RedCasino, didn't happen in my situation,I'm extremely curious is the player will get his refund.

The main goal is to secure the payment for the player, especially if my colleagues believe this is the fair outcome. Here comes the tricky part, though.

Closing the complaint as unresolved means there's almost no chance of moving forward; it also means another unpaid player, which we try to avoid. As a result, players who are unaware of the situation see this as a delay and a lack of competence, while the casino should undoubtedly be punished. Well, I completely understand the criticism. However, I am confident that my colleagues aim to exhaust all possible options.

In similar cases, many other team members are involved, utilizing all available channels to encourage the casino to take the appropriate action. None of this is visible in the complaint thread, I'm afraid.

I too hope this is not another lost cause, but I remain realistic. 🙁
