So guys I was self excluded on 30bet for 5 years and qbet 30bet reopened my account before my self exclusion period which then caused me too loose all of my money i contacted live support to complain they restricted my account now my account is fully closed with no explanation whatsoever can someone please help.

30bet need to return my deposits this is not right at all im a gambling addict this has seriously affected my mental health I still had 100 in my gaming account aswell and I can't even get to that I have no money for rent food or bills im really struggling ive put a complaint in with casino guru and 30bet but I can't seem to be getting any help

Im having a problem with 30bet I requested a 5 year exclusion from their casino and their sister casino Qbet they allowed the account to be reopened before the end of the self exclusion period which has resulted in me loosing all my money i complained they have now closed my gaming account I still had 100 left in their aswell im at a loose end and could really do with some help

Im currently facing the same situation with 30bet I requested a 5 year exclusion from both their sites 30bet and qbet however they allowed the account to be reopened before the 5 year exclusion period resulting in me loosing all my money i complained they said it would be investigated I had €100 in my gaming account they have now closed the account im still waiting on a update this is not right. Can someone please tell me if they have been in the same situation

I self excluded from 30bet and qbet for 5 years because of my gambling addiction however they allowed my account to be reopened before the end of my self exclusion period causing me to relapse and loose all my money i submitted a complaint about this i attempted to withdraw the last 100 in my account to buy food they have closed the account and haven't refunded me this is evil work every single casino ive played at never allows you to reopen the account before the end of the 5 year exclusion period i have now received a response from the uk gambling commission to provide information and evidence to get these casinos shut down permanently i will give them till the end of the day to return my money otherwise im submitting all evidence of 30bet qbet 55bet manga casino gqbet will all be permanently removed from online i promise they iniated my relapse by reopening instead of telling me to go away

I can assure you it will work in real time if my money isn't returned i will be happy if they get closed and blocked from operating online and blocking their payment proccesors only if 30bet honored my self exclusion I could have focused on my treatment funny story right
