Tonight I decided I had enough of the copy and paste email from Mystake and have sent the whole conversation to Mastercard and copied Catherine - Compliance Agent into this asking them to repeat that everything is perfectly legal and that they are respecting Mastercard rules along with their 3rd party processors(who I also mentioned by name and URL in the email). I urge people to do the same - time for action.

Hi Kelly, I know this is an old comment from you but I'd appreciate some info on your dealings with Depasify and Kryptonim.

Were both direct with merchant? I'm hopefully close with Depasify as I've provided all requested info and they said 2 working days to get a response now.

For Kryptonim was that for KTM? I've had an initial rebuff from them so would be keen to know how you engaged.

Depasify will refund. They're a pretty big company I think, so lord knows what they think they're up to.

It took them about 4 hours to respond to my initial query, then about 48 hours to confirm they had processed the refund. Took 4 days to appear in my bank, but I think that was over a weekend. This is a few months ago now, so memory a bit hazy.

If they say they've processed the refund, then they have.

So I wrote this

Hi I'm looking for to get transactions back for illegal casino transactions or ill have no choice but to contact the bank under.


Visa Chargeback reason wrong merchant code" refers to a chargeback filed against a merchant due to the transaction being processed with an incorrect Merchant Category Code (MCC), essentially meaning the type of business the transaction is categorized as was not accurately represented during processing, leading to a dispute from the cardholder and a chargeback against the merchant; this is typically identified by Visa as "Reason Code 12.2: Incorrect Transaction Code.".

If I am not refunded.

They sorted it the next day and I got my refund on 1st of April contacted them on the 26th of march so fast refund.


They do deny any wrong doing but still refund.

I had a very lengthy refusal from Kryptorim, summed up by them at the end with this


"After carefully reviewing your case, we must respectfully decline your request for a refund. The transactions you authorized were executed in full compliance with your instructions and our Terms and Conditions available on our website. Kryptonim Sp. z o.o. has fulfilled its contractual obligations, and we established that no grounds exist for the requested refund of the exchanged funds"


Any suggestions as to where to go from here? They’re denying any wrongdoing at all, but also said things like


" Your acknowledgment of transferring funds to such a platform is concerning, as it raises potential regulatory issues that we may be obligated to address. As a regulated entity, Kryptonim Sp. z o.o. has a responsibility to review any reported use of its services for activities that may contravene applicable laws"
