Jag också, men jag fick aldrig något svar, jag hittade också en webbplats som är baserad i Afrika. Jag tror inte att det är den här. Min bank säger bara att huvudkontoret ligger i London, de kan inte säga något annat trots att de sa att jag kan inleda klagomålet även om jag inte har kontaktat handlaren.

For a Mastercard chargeback, the process should take around 45 days, but they don’t really tell you that, instead, they just say it can take up to 12 weeks. It feels like they do that to give themselves extra time, which makes it hard to know what’s really going on. It honestly makes me question whether they’re properly set up to handle disputes at all.

Surely that's something that financial regulators can look into not just the ombudsman? FCA etc? They should have a strict complaints procedure in place and clear policies

Guys just a reminder - don’t be paying ANYONE for services on here. A lot of the information can be found if you search at the top for the companies you are looking for. Use chat gpt for complaints, emails etc to help your case. Theres a few people offering help & then once you email them they will tell you they are charging a fee for the information. It makes them no better than the scumbags we are trying to get our money back from.

I previously raised a complaint with Monzo about poor service and serious delays, which they acknowledged and compensated me for. But unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed I’m still experiencing very slow, unhelpful service. I should have had a chargeback resolved a week ago now according to Mastercard rules yet Ive still not had a response despite reaching out by email. The way they’re handling disputes continues to fall outside expected timeframes, including those set by the FCA and Mastercard. It’s frustrating because it feels like they haven’t learned from the previous issues at all.
