So I posted the other day about Monzo rejecting my chargebacks, today I recieved another refund from 'Spaympf Orb' - just shows the merchant must get alerted even if the chargeback is rejected.

Did the funds go into your account on the gambling site? I doubt the gambling sites even respond anyway tbh

Of course they did but the company can’t show proof and they used different merchants to collect the funds

How would this work if account was verified with passport etc? Could the gambling site dispute and somehow proof was from me? Cheers

But I did raise the chargebacks in time, however they rejected them, technically only responded to one though. So I think I'm OK there?
