Ok it shows as Uk on my Virgin Credit card ive raised a chargeback on it which is in progress

My bank says this company Kinghills used sumup a Uk regulated payment app used by taxi drivers etc ? they do not allow gambling payments its illegal it states ive emailed them no reply yet from sumup wecare@sumup.com

I looked into this site read all terms and conditions no where on that site gives any info about licence address ect ect or whom it's governed by

Anyone know anything about the gaming store ?

If its a real license write to them and they will refund it all and also open a complaint here

Just checked my bank faramp was a place in warszawa in Poland and so was seraphyx and ccskinpro is London based

It’s still open now I get daily emails from them even though my account is closed. I can try to write to the offices see what they say

Its a scamsite 100% they wont pay its the worst type you can get for this sort of thing the bank should refund on chargebacks

They refused my chargeback so I raised complaint which is now ongoing for last 2 weeks so after that ombudsman

Ok William its a 100% win on ombudsman case but better to get it quicker
