Yes I’ve been in conversation with Walletto since June about a number of refunds.

The CNPCTO ones were refunded within a week. Others have taken longer.

Do you know which merchants go through Walletto?

I have a post up with the ones that were on my DSAR. I don’t know any others

Xpate confirmed that Quedot and Quecs2 are their merchants. Hopefully, I'll be able to get a refund now.

But you wont get a refund from xpate i guess…

That is a pretty stock response from them. Did you submit a TRI form? How long ago were the transactions? Is it possible to go the chargeback route?

In my experience, when I’ve complained, they’ve asked me to complete a Transaction Refund Investigation (TRi) form which they sent me.

Any luck with these? I’ve rang and the guy just gives a fake name and lies saying they’re having problems with their bank. Do u know who processes them?

any chance you could ask revolut for the ARN of one of the walletto transactions then just send me the first 7 digits? The first digit doesn’t matter but the next 6 are the acquirer BIN i believe
