You received goods and services if you gambled with your funds. Stop before you do anything and ask yourself do you want a fraud detection marker against your name or whatever the Spanish version of this is.

be honest with your bank and ask them about miscoding etc.

How did you manage to get your money back, and which merchants were involved?

I’m still trying to recover funds from Temdot, Quedot and Quecs2. I can’t find any direct contact details for them, and people here have said they may be connected to XPate, but XPate isn’t responding to my emails.

My bank is also not being very helpful with opening chargebacks. Has anyone managed to get refunds from these merchants directly, or had success disputing them through the bank?

I did have contact with Xpate , these merchants are with xpate ,but they act only as processor. still trying to get any information from them regarding these merchants to be able to contact them directly!

Sorry, I think I misunderstood you. I thought Monzo rejected your claim and you got your money back directly from the merchants.

Yes you read right. Monzo declined them all. But the merchants still refunded voluntary. Some of them did anyway.

Seems like banks are giving the same generic response whenever gambling is mentioned.

Before I get stuck in, please can I ask what category you chose for chargebacks and did you provide any evidence?

Monzo or revolut? Monzo I clicked waiting for a refund, i used the same screenshot for every single dispute. It was an email from rolletto stating that i had asked for transactions to be reversed. Then i just mentioned offshore casinos using masked mcc codes to bypass my block. Revolut i went through it on chat support. Some were raised to merchants some weren't. Yet other people have had my revolut merchants refunded. Im really hoping the ombudsman sides with me as im done chasing merchants email addresses now.

Oh, that is surprising! I thought if they decline it, they wouldn't even contact the merchants... That gives me more hope 🙂

According to chat gpt even though there declined when you raise them a signal is still sent to the merchants. Some panic and refund anyway. Well thats what's happened with me anyway. Not saying it will work for others. Good luuuuuck🙂
