A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Thanks. Please let me know if you find anything. I'm particularly interested in XOR Visual Layer, Art Solution, Visual Mill and Hexo Land, as I have a large number of transactions under those descriptors.

I'm struggling to find any reliable contact details for them. Even confirmation of the acquirer or processor behind these payments would be really useful, especially if it turns out they're connected to Xpate or Walleto.

Thanks, that's a really useful breakdown. I'm already separating the transactions by date and trying to obtain the ARN, acquirer name and MCC from my bank.

In my case, the main issue is that I have a large number of transactions under different descriptors and I'm trying to establish which ones were actually processed by Walleto or Xpate.

One thing I'm still not clear on: when you contacted Walleto, was providing the ARN enough for them to identify the transaction on their side, or did they require the card details, transaction date and amount as well? I want to send them everything correctly the first time.

I’ve come across SIS Art Union and Horizon Land, but I still haven’t managed to identify who is behind them or find reliable contact details. Exist Sys is also unfamiliar to me.

I’m trying to get the ARN and acquirer details from my bank to see whether there’s any connection to Xpate. If I manage to confirm anything, I’ll post it here. Please do the same if you find anything on your side.

Said similiar to me and also that they no longer work with the merchant so case closed! Chatgpt helped me with a rebuttal. They can't ignore their EU financial obligations although are now ignoring me again!

filefile Hej, det är anledningen de gav mig. Jag kontaktade Chain Valley om det, men de vägrar. Problemet är att betalningen gick via IVY PAY 🙁

I wanted to share my experience here regarding how Revolut handled my chargebacks (recalls for bank transfers only).

Background: Like most people here, I made a large number of deposits to an online casino via Revolut. A total of over 50 deposits were processed by about 6 different payment service providers / merchants.

Current Situation: Now I have submitted recall requests to Revolut for 10 of these 50 transactions. Before doing so, I chatted with a support agent in the Revolut app and explained my personal situation (illegal online casino without a German license, gambling problem, etc.). They explicitly advised me to select the "Other" option as the reason for the recall request and to write my personal situation there (background: a reason must be provided for every recall request). I followed these instructions precisely for all 10 of my requests.

The Result: 6 of my requests were reviewed and successfully forwarded to the recipient bank. However, 4 were rejected by Revolut after review, with the justification that "a fraud report must be submitted as the reason." The problem with this is that submitting a transaction as fraud is significantly more extensive and complicated. As a customer, you have to submit a lot of evidence, etc. I just don't understand why Revolut is making things so difficult here. How can it be that every request is handled so differently and not all of them (with the exact same reason given + same initial situation) are simply reviewed successfully and forwarded to the recipient bank?

Has anyone had similar experiences and can perhaps help me out?

Its frustrating I showed them the refunds hitting the other users bank and they still blatantly lied we dont do refunds. EH SORRY you do!
