A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Thanks. I still haven't managed to find any reliable contact details for GREDTVF either. I'll probably give it a little more time and then include those transactions in my chargeback claim.

Do you know for certain whether your GREDTVF transactions were processed through Xpate, or is that something you're still trying to confirm?

Thanks. I'll try Xpate again, although they haven't been very responsive so far. Did you have FASTVER transactions yourself, and if so, did you manage to recover anything through Xpate or did you eventually have to file a chargeback?

Thanks. Hopefully I'll get the remaining money back through the chargebacks. It's interesting how different the experience with Walleto can be from one person to another. If your DSAR reveals any other merchants processed by them, please let me know — it might help me identify some of mine as well.

Thanks, that's really useful information. I think my mistake was trying to resolve everything through normal emails first rather than submitting a complete formal complaint from the beginning.

I'll ask my bank for the ARNs for all the remaining Walleto transactions and try again with a formal complaint. Do you know if the TRI form has to be completed separately for each transaction, or can several transactions and ARNs be included in one complaint? Also, did Walleto acknowledge your complaint straight away once you submitted everything?

No, Xpate didn't refund the DTVLT transactions directly. I eventually filed chargebacks through my bank. I've already had some success with other Xpate-related transactions, but the DTVLT cases are still pending.

Yes, I did. I explained to my bank that the transactions were related to gambling and also mentioned that I had a gambling block enabled on my card, but the payments still went through. I included this as part of the information supporting my chargeback.

which bank was this? i think i shouldn’t have done such bulk claims as they’ve just declined all of mine on the spot. without even looking into it i don’t think.

I don't have a verified email address for PlayT at the moment. I'm still trying to find a reliable contact for them. If I manage to confirm one, I'll post it here. I wanted to contact them directly before relying on Xpate or the chargeback process.

One of the banks I used was Revolut. They didn't approve everything automatically, but they did review the disputes and supporting information I provided.

If your bank declined all the claims immediately, I'd ask them for the specific reason and whether they can review the transactions individually rather than treating them as one bulk claim.

I’ve got another group of merchant descriptors I can’t identify:

NERQON - VALTREX - KELDOR - FAMRIQ - ZOLVIK - TEMQAR - BRENIX - LAVTOR - QERMAN - DEXVIL

Has anyone come across any of these? I’m wondering if some of them could also be processed through Xpate.

Good approach. Answers:

1. One TRI per card, not per transaction. A single TRI form can cover many transactions — list them all in a table (date, descriptor, amount, ARN per line). One thing matters though: if the transactions sit on different cards, submit a separate TRI per card (the form itself says multiple cards in one form are not processed).

2. Acknowledgement speed. In my case Walletto acknowledged within a few days and asked me to complete their TRI form — which is why it's worth attaching it already in the first email. Once I did, the investigation ran and the refund landed shortly after.

Practical tip: include everything in one first package — complaint letter, completed TRI, ARN list, and evidence of non-delivery (rejected withdrawals, unresponsive merchant). The complete file is what moves it; incomplete submissions just restart the clock.

Could I ask you a few questions about your chargeback? The reason is that I'm in the exact same situation as you and 100% of my (casino-)payments were made through my Revolut account.

I would really appreciate it.

(We can also communicate via email if you prefer)

Hi!

I sent you an email yesterday because I'm in the exact same situation as you.

(also a Revolut user)

It would be awesome if you could help me out a bit. Thank you! 🙏🏼
