Update on progress. 2 good wins in the past few days.

1. I managed to come to a settlement arrangement with a casino themselves. I’m not getting all my deposits back but I am getting a decent portion of my net loss returned. They made me sign an NDA so I can’t share details but I am sharing to show that it is possible. It did take about 2 months to get to this stage.
2. I’ve had hit and miss luck with Revolut on raising chargebacks. But I did manage to speak to someone yesterday in relation to quite a large one that was requiring more info. I’ve woken this morning to find they’ve actually raised it to the merchant. The outcome obviously is still pending but if successful, will be very much a win for me! If you are having issues with Revolut, I suggest you speak to someone in the app, be completely honest and be prepared to show all evidence of emails etc, even if you feel they might not work in your favour.

Hey. What does the casino rhyme with😅 revolut have only filed one of my merchants. Monzo is my biggest issue. Not one dispute/chargeback have they submitted, declined every single one. Ive still managed 7k in refunds though. Not even half of my merchants have issued a refund. Its frustrating they all haven't as the ones remaining are my biggest amounts.

Hi. I still haven't received any funds back from Xpate. The chargebacks are still ongoing and I'm waiting for the outcome.

By the way, do you happen to know who these merchant descriptors might be connected to?

When I filed the chargeback, I explained to my bank that the transactions were connected to payments I made on the website, but the merchant names shown on my bank statement were completely different and I couldn't identify them. I also provided the correspondence showing that I had tried to resolve the issue directly but hadn't received any meaningful response. The bank accepted the dispute for review, so now I'm waiting for the outcome.

Hi. Based on my experience, dealing with Xpate has been very frustrating. Getting a refund from them seems to be extremely difficult, and communication is very slow. That's why I eventually decided to go through my bank and file chargebacks instead of relying on Xpate to resolve the issue directly.

Who is the payment processor of these

How long did it take for them to come to that decision? My account just gone into a review too

Ivy Pay have FINALLY refunded the funds from Kyrptonim. After telling me they would be refunded the 7th July… they have only just hit after sending a barrage of emails to them. Apparently the refund was rejected at first! Keep on at them guys they do refund eventually.

THIS IS BRILLIANT!!! I have received an acknowledgement for my complaint (at last!) which was submitted weeks ago. This gives me hope so thank you for updating us. I'll keep badgering them.

No problem at all, as you probably saw I first emailed them back in May I believe it was so it’s taken a while but I was super happy to see them drop in my accounts today. Think it was around £286 in total (there was 1 in my Revolut they refunded too) fingers crossed they do the same for you!!

How long did this take to happen mate? They put my account under review yesterday, after winning 28 disputes in the last 10 days
