Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (sida 1 495)

Been doing some digging today on ARN’s, found business numbers within the ARN’s and a lot of merchants are under the same business numbers. Done a list below.

anyone had any luck getting payment processors or acquiring banks or MID numbers for any of the below? Still waiting on my Barclay dsar to fully come over, so hopefully see more on that.

Walletto förnekar att vara ansvarig för Mnntech och att ha gjort några betalningar för deras räkning. Vet du vem det annars kan vara, eller ljuger Walletto?

Hej. Jag har stött på K4YOU tidigare – betalningar behandlas via Xpate. I mitt fall behandlades aldrig återbetalningen, och jag fick inte tillbaka mina pengar.

I don't know how to get a refund via Xpate; they never reply.

They responded to me but say contact merchant …Just send them to FOS and report to FCA and VISA/Mastercc

Hej. Tack! Jag visste inte att Xpate hanterar betalningar för NEXAD. Men att få en återbetalning från Xpate är en riktig utmaning.

If all people send a report at FCA , merchand desriptor and mcc false + licence igaming not conform against xpate, because xpate not conform visa rules and xpate forbideen not licence igaming or not conform licence. I send a report for review at FCA and copy to visa.

This was previously, but have rechased today. Will be reporting to the ico when the 30 days is up
