No refund for wordid im afraid. The ones half way down on the right below refunds are the ones ive received refunds

Definitely try it - Kryptonim outright refused refunds but Ivy have came back asking for proof of the casino using them (without telling us they are getting you to buy crypto etc) I just sent screenshots of the website etc and it seems to have worked.
the email is used is compliance-requests@getivy.io
they have taken their time to come back but it’s looks promising as I’m now just waiting for the refunds to hit

This is what I was thinking, they said they had refunded as of Tuesday afternoon according to Ivy email - Krypto haven’t replied back to me yet so I’ll send a chase email to confirm
