If anyone here use RBS app uou can now click on transaction and it has an option about ‘transaction name’ which gives merchants website info 😳 very handy but unfortunately doesn’t include historic transactions

Can i please ask what did you say to Ivy? I have a breakdown of all transactions that Kryptonim were involved in which they provided so be keen to know if this is a way I can reopen this one. Mine is 6k unfortunately 😫

No i don't sorry. They refunded my aiproff cvservice transactions as I did chargeback. Its the only way ive been getting refunds even though monzo decline them all

Nope none. Refunded via me submitting a chargeback on monzo. They voluntary refunded once i submitted chargeback.

I am currently down a large deep rabbit hole but my (fairly limited) understanding is that Token.io are a bank to bank transfer only (no crypto) no if got kryptonim on your statement it is crypto - please if I am misunderstanding someone let me know!!

I thought my transactions were via token but after running the codes Kryptonim sent me I can see the chain and they are Ivy. Have pulled a complaint together. Fingers crossed I get something back!!

Sorry just another question if anyone can help please. Did you do a complaint to Ivy or just say that you don't recognise the transactions? I have pulled together a complaint especially after Kryptonim where with me but don't want to get it wrong as such a big amount. Any guidance would be really appreciated!

If a significant amount is involved, I would refrain from using phrasing such as ‘I do not recognise these transactions’ if this is not true. It is better to frame this as a formal complaint: you acknowledge these payments but believe that the processing chain or merchants were unclear or misleading, and you want Ivy to confirm its role, the identity of the end merchant, the descriptions used, and to explain why these payments are linked to Kryptonim. 

Stick to the facts, attach a list of transactions and ask for a written response. The last thing you need is to give them a reason to claim the complaint is unfounded.
