I have emailed peak gear after taking their email from their website however no reply. I am with Barclays and thinking of taking up disputes if anyone has any advice after doing the same.

Yes it must have been. All transactions with Nikotpf at the beginning are Elegro.

so I emailed Elegro and VELOBET originally and that’s when I recieved refunds.

i later found peak gear email and emailed them about the remaining but there not budging. So iv reported them.

they are also registered with companies house in the UK so waiting on their reply too

Did it take you a while with velobet? I put in a complaint towards the end of last year and they were just sending me the generic rubbish. I’m tempted to revisit it. I’m currently looking into Rolletto which is one of the sister sites.
