Hi, can anyone offer any advice, if i can't find the merchant at all, and I want to dispute transactions, under services not received, how can I attach evidence I've contacted them or tried to purchase anything, its requesting to attach any evidence.
If you are being honest and telling the bank its gambling transactions just email the casino and use this as the evidence and explain that you cannot find any contact details for merchant
I was with my first bank Chase, who rejected these due to Mastercard and any connection with gambling, so with this second bank I was going to go as goods /services not received.

Most likely the transactions arent coded as gambling transactions tho, and if you can get them to say on libe chat that they are locenced to operate in the uk, then go on ukgc and confirm they are not, this is misrepresentation telling you they are licenced when not, which this combined with wrong mcc coding are valid chargeback reasons, send them this as evidence and you trying to contact them, show them tou hold no accounts with merchants on the statements etc

Make a blag email up and send emails
Craft capital told me last week they have processed my refunds ( over the phone ) not once have they replied to my emails but i still havent received 🙄 i called again today and they said they have processed them and coz of the bank holiday will be why i havent received but i honestly think there lying amd havent processed them , how long did you wait from emailing them plz and did you have tp send multiple emails there annoying me as its a few k 😫

Gambling transactions only apply if coded as gambling, in most cases these tranactions are miscoded on purpose, also people are falsely told that these casinos are legal to operate in there country when they are not, this is misrepresentation, both of these are grounds for chargeback under master card ruled
Sadly, my bank do not agree with that....
There's nothing in MC rules that explicitly state only transactions coded 7995 can be gambling.
There is no chargeback code for misrepresentation, per se.
