So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I haven't had a direct refund from anyone. I keep chasing but nothing....My bank reported transactions to a merchant (worth a big chunk of my losses) as fraud.

I should get a response in a few days. I just said I don't recognize the merchant and never interacted with it. Had a call with someone from the fraud team who asked a few questions. They blocked my card and reissued a new one but honestly I don't have hopes to recover the money

Hi, Yes I did. I proved I didn't have an account with them, plus I actually emailed them within 15 days of the purchase to cancel my order and they didn't respond. This is despite them creating false receipts.
