It might be better to let the complaint process finish first and see how the case turns out. Once the complaint is concluded, you can then decide whether you still want to close your account.

I have no problem closing it for you now if that’s what you really want, but since our complaint team is currently trying to help you, I think it may make more sense to complete that process first.
