KYC verification was required for the payout. All documents were accepted, except for the ID card category, which couldn't be uploaded – the upload didn't respond at all for over two weeks, on different devices and browsers. Support never fixed the problem and instead repeatedly sent me the standard template telling me to upload the documents on the website.
I then submitted the ID card via email. The first email supposedly never arrived; only the second was confirmed. Despite being promised two business days, the review process then took a total of four days, without ever providing a specific deadline.
The next hurdle arose when trying to withdraw my funds: a 20% fee because the deposit hadn't been wagered. This reduced my withdrawable amount below the €50 minimum for bank transfers – meaning withdrawals were only possible via cryptocurrency. Regarding the wagering requirements, I received three different answers from three different employees (one wagering requirement, two wagering requirements, and different amounts). Furthermore, the initial withdrawal request was automatically canceled because the form itself had entered an incorrect amount.

Dadurch fiel mein auszahlbarer Betrag unter den Mindestbetrag von 50 € für Banküberweisungen – Auszahlung war also nur noch per Krypto möglich. Zur Umsatzbedingung bekam ich von drei Mitarbeitern drei verschiedene Auskünfte (einmal umsetzen, zweimal umsetzen, unterschiedliche Beträge). Der erste Auszahlungsantrag wurde außerdem automatisch storniert, weil das Formular selbst einen falschen Betrag übernommen hatte.
