Stay away from Casinozer. If you win you they will not pay you. They didn't pay my winnings of 500 euros without explaining the reason to me or the casino guru. I played cleanly without ever getting a bonus

Först och främst är jag glad att veta att personerna på Casinozer tar en titt här och svarar folk. Nåväl, med det sagt så skulle jag vilja gratulera dig för attityden att minska det lägsta uttagsbeloppet genom pix, den metod som har fått mest utrymme bland oss brasilianare. Detta gör mig glad och uppmanar mig att skriva den här recensionen eftersom senast jag använde casinot var det minsta uttaget 100BRL och nu har det sjunkit till 50BRL.

Efter att ha gjort kontoverifieringen och efter att ha fått veta att uttagen gjordes inom 24 till 48 timmar, efter några små segrar, några tiotals euro, skickade jag in uttaget och det behandlades aldrig, inte ens efter 48 timmar, och med mitt verifierade konto. Att prata med support genererar bara automatiska svar, och min begäran om uttag var alltid med möjlighet till avbokning och behandlades aldrig. Det var frustrerande att vänta dagar och inte kunna ta ut beloppet. Ibland avbröt jag det, jag spelade och nyfiken, när jag gjorde det var det en rasering vad gäller snurr, vilken leverantör det än var, som snabbt försvann. Jag tror att det finns bättre alternativ på marknaden än det här, och jag tycker att spelare bör undvika det här alternativet.

Trots begränsningen "lås" för Tyskland 🇩🇪 kunde jag registrera mig där och även klara KYC och sätta in! När jag såg i användarvillkoren att Tyskland är blockerat stod det klart för mig att detta casino är bedrägeri och bara drar tillbaka kunder !!

Sätt in där och min insättning skrevs in som bonuspengar trots att jag inte ville ha någon bonus. Jag kontaktade sedan kundtjänst för att få det avbokat. Jag informerades då oförskämt om att jag var tvungen att spela denna bonus vänligt eller att hela mitt saldo helt enkelt skulle annulleras. I princip brände jag pengarna, även om det hade varit ännu mer vettigt, eftersom lite värme skulle göra bra med de nuvarande uppvärmningskostnaderna.

Jag ville betala ut €350 med €20 men utbetalningen bekräftades inte så jag spelade inställd, sedan ville jag betala ut €250 igen inte bekräftad igen annullerad nu är jag fortfarande inte bekräftad när €150 betalades ut. Ville stänga mitt konto tills utbetalningen är bekräftad i livechatten skriven 5 minuter fram och tillbaka då ska jag skicka ett mail varför inte skriva det direkt och försöka locka mig vidare i 5 minuter. Still don't understand the hate so far, I can imagine it's true some had bad experience but for now I still feel like Casinozer is one of the best casino out there.

Their website really stand out and it's so good to have something different for once. I haven't yet used their coin system for the VIP but seems like a good idea, let's see on the long run.

About the complains on the support, I guess I was lucky to get a native, but I can imagine for some languages it's possible to have issues.
