The games were good and I won. After withdraw request, it took 5 business days to finally see some movement and 1 extra working day to receive the payment.

During the waiting time I was reading the comments and afraid that it all might be true, thats why I opened a complaint, but thankfully the payment got through. According to there t&c it takes 5 business days, for me it was 6 business days.
