A month later, when I wanted to withdraw my winnings, I had to go through the account verification process again. They claim it is for security reasons, but it feels like an unnecessary hassle. I always use the same payment method, which has already been verified. My credit card has two-factor authentication, so someone would need to steal my casino password, credit card, and my phone to play on my behalf. Additionally, they have access to my IP address, so they should know that there is no other person involved.

It seems like they are deliberately prolonging the process in the hope that you will end up gambling away your winnings. They require you to submit a selfie with your ID, and they drag this step out unnecessarily. I wanted to withdraw on Monday, and now it's Friday, and my photo still hasn't been reviewed.

When you reach out to the live chat, the agents you connect with constantly tell lies. They always promise that it will be resolved within 24 hours, but nothing gets done. I have evidence that they are being dishonest.

Overall, I have never experienced such poor customer service.
