En riktigt dålig upplevelse. Jag börjar med att försöka sätta in 50 euro, jag kommer fram till 160 med slots och jag bestämmer mig för att ta ut, jag hade aldrig gjort det, kontot spärras omedelbart eftersom de säger till mig att de vill göra några kontroller, så de börjar fråga mig för dokument på dokument, från de flesta banala kreditkort till identitetskort, fortsättning med räkningar, hushåll, hemvist och så vidare; hemsk upplevelse som jag inte rekommenderar till någon. Jag har skickat dokument i en månad men fortfarande ingenting, varje gång det är något fel och under tiden har de mina pengar, och det kommer nog att sluta med att de kommer att behålla dem. Plus att kundservicen är riktigt dålig, bokstavligen dagar att vänta på ett svar, och det fina är att det troligtvis inte kommer att göra dig någon nytta men kommer att göra dig ännu mer nervös. Jag hoppas kunna lösa det men just nu är detta läget, 100% rekommenderas inte
A really bad experience. I start by trying to deposit 50 euros, I arrive at 160 with the slots and I decide to withdraw, I had never done it, the account is immediately blocked because they tell me they want to do some checks, so they begin to ask me for documents on documents, from most banal credit cards to identity card, continuing with with bills, households, residence certificate and so on; horrible experience which I do not recommend to anyone. I have been sending documents for a month but still nothing, every time there is something wrong and in the meantime they have my money, and it will probably end up that they will keep it. Plus the customer service is really poor, literally days to wait for a response, and the great thing is that most likely it won't do you any good but will help make you even more nervous. I hope to resolve but for now this is the situation, 100% not recommended
Veramente una pessima esperienza. Inizio provando a depositare 50 euro, arrivo a 160 con le slot e decido di prelevare, non l'avessi mai fatto, l'account viene subito bloccato perché mi dicono di voler fare alcune verifiche, iniziano così a chiedermi documenti su documenti, dalle più banali carte di credito a carta di identità, proseguendo con con bollette, utenze domestiche, certificato di residenza e così via; esperienza orribile che non consiglio a nessuno. È da un mese che sto continuando a inviare documenti ma ancora niente, ogni volta c'è qualcosa che non va e intanto i miei soldi ce l'hanno loro, e probabilmente andrà a finire che se li terranno. Inoltre il servizio clienti è veramente scadente, letteralmente giorni di attesa per una risposta, e la cosa bella è che molto probabilmente non ti servirà a niente ma ti aiuterà ad innervosirti ancora di più. Spero di risolvere ma per adesso la situazione è questa, sconsigliato al 100%
