The way it has always worked for me is that I completed a tournament from the same game provider and then shared my result on one of the available platforms, not on our forum. This should unlock the tournament for you.

Try using a different browser and share the result on another platform instead of the one you used previously. Also, please make sure that you complete a Pragmatic Play tournament.

If the tournament still does not unlock, let us know and we will try to identify the problem.
