None of our admins can win any prize from these tournaments. Even if an admin completed the whole tournament and somehow scored a million points, they still wouldn’t receive a prize from Casino Guru.

So I’m honestly not sure where you got that information from or why you think we would organize free tournaments and then take the prizes ourselves.

I don’t think we’re in a position where we would need to advertise tournaments to players while secretly keeping $20 or $50 prizes for ourselves. That simply wouldn’t make much sense.

You can also find plenty of posts on the forum from players who have already received their vouchers and talked about them, which I think answers this concern quite clearly.

The tournament only ended on September 3, so there really hasn’t been enough time for you to receive your prize yet. But don’t worry, you will get it.

The whole process usually takes around 2–3 weeks. First, you’ll receive an email from us asking you to confirm your email address. After that, you’ll need to wait for the voucher to be sent.

So it’s not a case of the tournament ending and the prize being delivered immediately afterward. There are still a few steps that need to be completed first.
