My colleague has actually tested the game, and it was all good, so perhaps it was just something temporary.
Please let us know how the situation is now, and if the error is still there, you can try to use a VPN to play, if possible. If not, we will investigate it further.

It's still showing the error. Unfortunately, I have no clue how to use a VPN. But it's not a big issue for me. Just wanted to let you guys know that an error is showing on my side.
