I won a tournament on 3rd of March and still no voucher has been rewarded. how long does the verification process take in order for the service provider issues the prize .

Hi, it shouldn't be much longer. According to the schedule, I saw that we're just waiting for the final adjustments. Either Juraj is just waiting for the voucher, or he already has it and should be sending it out. If you haven't received anything by Friday, please let me know again.

If you replied to the email Juraj sent, all you have to do is wait for your prize. Once the other winners reply, you'll all receive your prizes.
